Contact Information: Advance Business Associates, LLP recently sold its City Furniture showroom located at 3831 N. Federal Highway in Oakland Park. George Morgan of Morgan Real Estate, Inc. represented the seller in the transaction. The property was purchased by 3831 North Federal, LLC, whose principal is Ira Lang. Morgan Real Estate, Inc. is now handling the leasing and property management of the building. City Furniture will continue to occupy the premises until its new and greatly expanded Oakland Park store is completed, which is scheduled for November. The general contractor for the new showroom is Stiles Construction Co.
