NASHVILLE, Tennessee – (August 2006) – Mid-Atlantic Commercial Properties, LLC (Mid-Atlantic) announces the development of a new Walgreens drugstore at the northwest corner of Murfreesboro Road and Thompson Lane. It will be the second Walgreens drugstore Mid-Atlantic has developed in Greater Nashville.

The new free-standing Walgreens drugstore will be 14,490 square feet, and will feature a double-lane drive-thru. “We are excited to be involved with Walgreens expansion efforts in Greater Nashville,” said Trey Morgan, President of Mid-Atlantic. “Nashville is booming with growth both commercially and residentially.”

The acquisition consisted of two parcels. One parcel was purchased from Tristar Ventures, LLC, and the other parcel from The Krystal Company. Baker Storey, McDonald Properties, Inc. represented Mid-Atlantic in both transactions. The anticipated start date for construction is Fall 2006.
