Morgan Property Group Announces Hiring of Chief Financial Officer

Fort Lauderdale, Florida - (November 2006) - Morgan Property Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Phillip E. Harlow has joined the firm as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Harlow will be responsible for all financial management and planning activities of the firm.

Mr. Harlow brings with him over 35 years of corporate financial experience. He recently sold Office Interiors of Florida, of which he was an owner. Prior to owning this business, he was a Principal with Royal Palm Capital Partners. In addition, Mr. Harlow worked for Arthur Andersen for 31 years and was the managing partner of the Fort Lauderdale office from 1984 to 2002. As managing partner, Mr. Harlow advised some of the firm’s largest South Florida clients.

Mr. Harlow received his B.A in Accounting from Simpson College and serves on its Board of Trustees. He is a member of both the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as serving on the boards of several local and civic organizations.
