Lynchburg, Virginia – (February 2007) – Mid-Atlantic Commercial Properties, LLC (Mid-Atlantic) announces the development of a new Sheetz gas station and convenience store to be located in the City of Lynchburg at the northeast corner of Wards Road & Atlanta Avenue.

Wards Road Realty, LLC, managed by Mid-Atlantic, acquired approximately two (2) acres of land from Best Locations, LLC in 2006. Chris Doyle of CB Richard Ellis represented the Seller, and Clarke Jones of Jones Realty and Construction Corporation represented Mid-Atlantic in this transaction.

This Sheetz location will be open 24-hours, provide for outside seating, and include an automated car wash. Sheetz provides an award-winning menu of Made-to-Order® subs, sandwiches and salads, which are ordered through unique touch-screen order point terminals. The anticipated start date for construction is March 2007 with an opening before the summer.
