Drugstore Opens in Greater Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tennessee – (August 2007) – Mid-Atlantic Commercial Properties, LLC (Mid-Atlantic) is proud to announce the opening of a new Walgreens drugstore at the northwest corner of Murfreesboro Pike and Thompson Lane. It is the second Walgreens drugstore Mid-Atlantic has developed in Greater Nashville.

The new Walgreens drugstore is located on the property previously shared by a Krystal restaurant and an Exxon gas station. The drugstore is 14,490 square feet, and features a double-lane drive-thru. It is a relocation from an existing inline Walgreens drugstore across the street at 1092 Murfreesboro Pike. “We are excited to have completed the construction of another Walgreens drugstore on schedule,” said Richard J. Magner, Senior Vice President of Construction and Development. “We believe Walgreens is now better positioned to serve this growing Nashville market.”
