The buyer was represented by Sunbelt Investment Properties, Inc. The shopping center is anchored by Ritz Camera, Quizno's, Curves for Women, AT&T Wireless, and Ruggero's Restaurant. At the time of sale, the shopping center was 100% occupied and managed by Morgan Real Estate, Inc.
