[FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida] — October 2008 — Morgan Real Estate, Inc. (“MRE”), a Florida based real estate broker and a market leader in the sale of triple net leased, credit tenant properties, is pleased to announce the lease signing of Tijuana Flats in their Holiday Park Plaza development, located at the northeast corner of Sunrise Blvd. and NE 15th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Tijuana Flats will be leasing a 1,750 sq.ft. space in Holiday Park Plaza, proudly making this their first restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. They will be joining several national credit tenants, including Walgreens, Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins, H&R Block and Sprint. Their anticipated opening will be in mid-November 2008.
