[FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida] — October 2008 — Morgan Real Estate, Inc. (“MRE”), a Florida based real estate broker and property manager, is pleased to announce the lease signing of Northwest Savings Bank in their Holiday Park Plaza development, located at the northeast corner of Sunrise Blvd. and NE 15th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Northwest Savings Bank will be leasing a 1,400 sq.ft. end cap space. The facility will include a walk-up ATM, and will be their third branch in Broward County. They will be joining several national credit tenants, including Walgreens, Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins, H&R Block and Sprint. Northwest Savings Bank is anticipating opening in late December.
