[FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida] — February 2009 — Morgan Real Estate, Inc. (“MRE”), a Florida based real estate broker and property manager, is pleased to announce the opening of Northwest Savings Bank in their Holiday Park Plaza development, located at the northeast corner of Sunrise Blvd. and NE 15th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

This Northwest Savings Bank facility will open for business on Monday, February 23, 2009, and will be their third branch in Broward County. The interior build-out work was completed by Intertech Construction Corp. Northwest Savings Bank will be joining several national credit tenants in the plaza, including Walgreens, Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins, H&R Block and Sprint.
