This is the tenth Walgreens location developed in Virginia by MPG. The drugstore, which opened in May 2009, is located at the southwest corner of Broad Street & Giles Avenue in downtown Dublin.

Morgan Property Group, in conjunction with Jones Realty and Construction Corp., successfully completed construction of this Walgreens within eighteen (18) months. This is the first Walgreens store to be built in Dublin.
