One drugstore, which opened on June 12th, is located at the southeast corner of Bird Road & Hibiscus Street, just east of US1, in Miami, FL. The other drugstore, located at the southeast corner of Semoran Blvd. & Auvers Blvd. in Orlando, FL, opened on July 9th.

Morgan Property Group successfully completed the development and construction of both Walgreens early this summer. Both drugstores provide drive-thru pharmacy services and are relocations of nearby in-line stores.
The store in Miami features a unique “Key West style” architecture and is adjacent to the busy Federal Highway corridor. The store in Orlando is situated at an entrance to the growing Baldwin Park area. There is also additional land in the Orlando project that is actively being marketed for ground lease or build-to-suit.
