BROOK ROAD REALTY, LLC, managed by Mid-Atlantic Commercial Properties, acquired approximately 1.92 acres at the northeast corner of Brook Road (U.S. Route 1) and Virginia Center Parkway in Henrico County, Virginia. The property will be developed to include a 14,820 square foot Walgreens drugstore with drive-thru. Brook Road Realty, LLC acquired the property from Exxon Mobil Corporation. Charles Warned and Kimberly Bisger of Advantis GVA represented the Buyer in the transaction.

Walgreens is expected to open before Thanksgiving of this year.
